Your employer may provide you with dental insurance. This means that your employer has a contractual agreement with an insurance company to provide you with dental benefits. Those benefits are determined by the premiums your employer pays: the higher the premium, the more generous the dental benefits.

Before you begin your treatment, we will provide you with your estimated co-payment for services. We will also file your insurance claim as a courtesy for you. However, we do not have control over the exact benefit your insurance will pay, so your bill is ultimately your responsibility.
